Payment processing is not currently implemented in this project. This page therefore does not promise a refund mechanism or amount that has not been configured.

Before paid services launch

Any paid course, lesson, or service should display its price, provider, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility before confirmation. [Owner confirmation required: define the payment provider, refund windows, eligible events, processing deductions, and support process before enabling payments.]

Disputes

Users may retain booking and communication records and contact support about a disputed service. Udaan Classes does not guarantee a refund where no payment was collected through the platform.
