Provider Terms
Providers must submit accurate profile information, qualifications, service descriptions, availability, and verification documents. Providers must have the right to offer the services they list.
Verification
Verification checks documents supplied by the provider; it does not guarantee identity beyond the checks performed, teaching quality, outcomes, or suitability for a particular student. Providers must keep information current and respond to resubmission requests.
Professional conduct
Providers must protect student privacy, avoid discriminatory or abusive conduct, follow applicable laws, and use messages and reviews honestly. Do not request unnecessary identity documents or misuse student information.
Listing decisions
Only providers approved by the platform may be publicly discoverable. Approval may be suspended or revisited if information is inaccurate, documents are invalid, or safety concerns arise. [Owner confirmation required: add provider fees, service-level commitments, and support contact if applicable.]
